Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced for a full refund. However, orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

 

60 Days Returns Guarantee

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible,

  • The item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Please contact our customer service team before sending the item to ensure you're using the correct return address.

    Important Notes

    1. The warranty may be limited or voided if the product care and handling instructions are not followed. The warranty does not cover: a. Products that were not used according to the instructions; b. Products that have been intentionally damaged or arbitrarily modified.
    2. If you are returning an item for personal reasons (i.e., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The shipping cost will depend on the carrier you choose.
    3. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
    4. No restocking fees will be applied for product returns.

       

      Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. It will be credited to your original method of payment within several business days.

       

      Late or Missing Refunds

      If you haven't received your refund yet:

      • Double-check your bank account.
      • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
      • Contact your bank—there may be a processing period before the refund shows up.
