60-Day Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason - fit, comfort, or simply a change of mind - return your Fitomo product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No explanation needed.

What Makes Our Returns Easy

• Any reason accepted - you do not need to tell us why.
• No original packaging required. The product just needs to be clean and free of damage beyond normal try-on wear.
• No receipt hunting - just share the email or order number you used at checkout and we will find your order.
• Free return shipping on U.S. orders. We will email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will arrange a replacement in the size you need.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, please use our easy 60-day return process instead.
