We primarily use Amazon Logistics for our deliveries. Look out for packages with the Amazon logo at your doorstep.

Tracking Information

Once your product has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor your package's status. Timely receipt of the package is important to avoid loss or theft.

 

How to Track Your Order 

1. Log into your Fitomo account.
2. Click on Track My Shipment next to your order status.
3. If "Track My Shipment" does not appear, your order is still being processed.
4. You can also opt in for live tracking updates via text message through your shipping confirmation email.
