Perfect. I had a maternity belt I was using but it was on its last thread and also too big. I have a hernia from previous pregnancies. This belt has been an absolute life saver and I am able to work out again with no pain.

I haven’t tried any other but this seems to work for me! Offers good support for both the unblock hernia and my back and my ascites! It makes your belly button sore though so that’s worth a mention.. you may need to use a plaster over your belly button to stop chaffing!

I recently developed an Abdominal Hernia that was becoming particularly sensitive and painful. While working I usually wear body armour and found when wearing my armour it didn’t hurt due to the armours tightness around my torso. I can’t and don’t want to wear Armour 24/7 so my doctor suggested this particular belt and it’s amazing no more discomfort, it’s low profile under my shirt and I have even fallen asleep with it on and had no issues whatsoever with it. It’s a lifesaver!! If you have a hernia and your doctors recommend a binder this is the one to get !!! It’s made an annoying medical condition bearable day to day.

Unfortunately I need an abdominal binder due to an umbilical hernia and this is the second one I’ve ever used (previous one was a different brand and purchased in Indonesia). While I don’t exactly take pleasure in wearing it, I have to say it’s very good and better than my previous one. That’s possibly because it’s new and stays firmly on without slippage or crumpling etc. I’ve even gone to bed forgetting that I’m still wearing it. It’s strong and tight and it definitely does the job it’s designed to do. I just hope it continues to be as (relatively) comfortable as it has been so far. I’m already thinking about buying another one - it’s annoying in a way but as I have little choice I must admit that I like it and recommend it.
