    ➊ Freeze for 2-3 Hours – Place in the freezer inside the provided plastic bag or your own.

    ➋ Adjust Temperature if Needed – If too cold, let it sit at room temperature until comfortable.

    ➌ Protect Sensitive Skin – Use a towel or sock for added comfort.

  • Heat Therapy

    ➊ Remove from plastic bag and make sure the wrap is at room temperature.

    ➋ Microwave start with 30s, then heat in 10s increments until reached desired warmth.
