How to use
Cold: Freeze the wrap. If it feels too cold on contact, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Place a thin cloth between the wrap and bare skin.
Heat: Warm the wrap as described in the included instructions, and test the temperature on your inner forearm before applying.
Keep cold sessions to 15–20 minutes, with breaks in between. Never apply ice directly to bare skin. Stop immediately if you notice numbness, skin turning white or blotchy, or increasing pain. If you have reduced sensation, circulation problems or diabetes, talk to a healthcare professional before using cold or heat therapy.
