We were hoping that this brace would help with my husband's tendonitis. The fit is ok- we ordered a large for my guy who usually wears a men's XL. But the brace does not allow him to use his hand much at all. It is not a support type device designed to make movement easier, but more of an immobilization device. He is not injured enough that he is willing to not use his hand at all, so this has not been useful to him.

I ordered a size small gut the part that goes between the thing and finger is a little large still. I think it's good quality.

I really like this little brace I have Basil joint arthritis in my thumbs I had surgery on the right thumb, but I'm not having surgery on the left thumb so this one is great for that

I almost gave up on this for the fit at first, But I stuck with it and it eventually broke in to fit me. Served me well for tendonitis issues. And it never made my hand hot and sweaty!
